Lignite briquettes are blocks of sedimentary rock composed of approximately 60% carbon , specially designed to provide a slow, stable and prolonged combustion .
When used in a fireplace or wood stove , they allow you to keep embers burning until you wake up, while saving on your firewood.

Why use lignite briquettes?

Terms of Use

Lignite is a fossil sedimentary rock of plant origin, intermediate between peat and coal.
Crushed, dried and compressed, it takes the form of high energy performance briquettes.

• Lower Heating Value (LHV) : approximately 20,000 kJ/kg

• Easily replaces coal

• Use :

  1. Light your fire with wood

  2. Place 2 or 3 briquettes on hot embers

  3. Set the air intake to maximum
